Your Savannah getaway is waiting for you! Enjoy your stay in our charming two bed, one bath cottage built in the 1880s! Located right on the edge of the downtown historic district, you will be able to relax in the courtyard and still be within walking distance to Forsyth Park, local shops, restaurants, and all the downtown amenities. You will get to enjoy the modern updates of this luxury vacation home all while soaking in the original Savannah charm of the cottage. We can't wait to host you!

Get ready to turn your vacation mode on and relax in this luxury cottage. Decorated to perfection, you will enjoy high ceilings throughout, two decorative fireplaces, high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, Fire stick TV connected to a 55in TV, games, and a cozy couch that folds into an extra bed. Both bedrooms have comfy memory foam queen size mattresses. Bedding, ceiling fans, and spacious closets are provided for your use. A pac n play is available upon guest request. Enjoy a spacious dining room to right off the kitchen. The bathroom is stocked with towels and travel sized toiletries. The bathroom does have a full size tub and shower combo. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the shared back garden courtyard. It is a peaceful space to enjoy! This will be a vacation to remember!

You will be able to walk most of the Historic District. You will be .5 mile from Forsyth Park and just under a mile to River Street. I provide a full guidebook of our local favorites! We can't wait for you to visit!

Guests will have full access to the entire interior of the cottage. The cottage has a private entry porch with keyless entry. Entry codes will be provided the day before check-in. The backyard patio/courtyard is a designated smoke free shared space between three other attached cottages in the row.

Feel free to message through the airbnb app or by text (number provided at check-in). A guest guidebook is provided in the cottage filled with local must see places and restaurants and bars to visit! We are happy to assist however possible to help you have the most memorable stay!

The cottage is just a half mile walk to Forsyth Park and just over a mile walk to River Street. The area is very walkable. The cottage is located on the edge of the historic district close to the intersection of East Broad and Gaston Street.

There is free, unmetered street parking directly in front of the cottage and on surrounding streets. Please be sure to double check signage for the street sweeper schedules. Uber and Lyfts are prevalent around the downtown area and there is a free city shuttle bus available.

Please note that while the cottage is located on the edge of the historic district on quieter, less traveled street, there may still be some city noises you may not be accustomed to such as ship horns, trains, sirens (we are located close by to a firehouse and the route to the hospital), etc. We do have a sound machine provided to help drown out any city noises you are not accustomed to. As mentioned before, the courtyard patio is a smoke free shared space with other potential guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
